Hey there, hi there, ho there, Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question today! I love taking pictures on my Disney trips, so I adore the
Memory Maker service. Indeed, Disney PhotoPass Cast Members can truly capture the magic from your trips, and I have so many
PhotoPass pictures that I will cherish forever!
Now let's talk about where and how you can
access your Memory Maker photos! Your photos can be viewed in a couple of ways. First, make sure that you log into your My Disney Experience account, where you linked your Memory Maker purchase. Then, you may view your photos on the
My Disney Experience app in the main menu by scrolling down the page a bit or by clicking on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and then on "Photos." Second, you may also view your pictures by logging into your account on the
Disney PhotoPass website. You can also download your photos from both devices!
Some important things to note include that
if you purchased Memory Maker while in the parks, you may need to first link your purchase to your My Disney Experience account and link the ticket or MagicBand you used to access your photos. In addition, it is essential to remember that
your photos will expire 45 days after they have been taken and cannot be recovered after. However, you may request that that period be extended to 60 days, but this must be requested before the photos' expiration. For that reason, I recommend simply downloading all of your pictures from your trip and going through them afterward to ensure that you do not miss out on any of your beautiful portraits!
I hope this was helpful, Rebecca, and that you can access your magical photos real soon! One of the best ways to fight the post-Disney blues, I have found, is to create a photo album with all of your beautiful memories from your trip, so I cannot wait for you to have fun with yours! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions about your past or upcoming trips. You're as welcome as can be!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
