    My memory maker photos will not download. There is no option to select the photos and download them.

    Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. Aren't looking through your Disney PhotoPass Service pictures so fun as you revisit all the magical memories you made at Walt Disney World? I cherish our family Walt Disney World pictures.  We have had some great photos taken that have really captured the happiness and joy we experienced while at Walt Disney World.  

    Since the Memory Maker download feature isn't working for you, it is probably best that you contact the tech support for Disney PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300.  A cast member should be able to help you sort through the issues with the downloads so that you can access them.
