Hi, do you HAVE to get the Memory Maker or can you still get Photo Passes to maybe purchase individually at the parks?

Hey there, Julieta! Smile - you're on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

With all the great things you're planning for your Walt Disney World vacation, of course you want to have a convenient way to capture those magical memories. That's where Disney's PhotoPass Service comes in. Professional photographers taking amazing shots, with everyone in the picture. And the great news is, you have lots of choices for how you can buy those wonderful photos.

Disney's PhotoPass Service is available for all Guests. Just find a PhotoPass photographer and strike a pose. The photographer will scan your MagicBand or card, and your photos will be "automagically" uploaded to your My Disney PhotoPass account. Later, you can view your photos and decide which ones you want to buy. That's it!

Memory Maker is just a way for you to pre-purchase your photos before you even leave home. The coolest part is, you own all of the photos that are uploaded to your account, so you don't have to choose which ones to buy. It includes all of your PhotoPass photos, plus on-board shots at several attractions, and even short video clips from attractions like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Expedition Everest.

I hope this helps you have a picture-perfect Walt Disney World vacation, Julieta. Please come visit us again if you have any more questions. We love to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
