If I have Memory Maker, do I have to pay for my pictures?

    Hi Donna! Welcome to planDisney!

Based on your arrival date, it looks like you are already enjoying your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I bet you are having the BEST time as you make your way around the theme parks and explore all that the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration has to offer. I'm so happy for you!

When you purchase Memory Maker, you get to download all of the PhotoPass photos taken on your vacation. After your first photo is taken, you can view it in the My Disney Experience mobile app (it may take a little bit for the picture to appear there, so be patient). You'll probably still see a watermark on the images, but all you need to do is touch the picture, then choose to activate your Memory Maker. This will remove the watermark and your pictures from your entire trip will be ready to download!

If you want your PhotoPass pictures printed, you can either pay to have that done through Disney or you can download them yourself and have them printed somewhere close to you. I always choose the second option because it tends to be less expensive to print them locally and I want to save all my downloaded pictures anyway!

I hope this helps, Donna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
