PhotoPass Photographer helped me with this very thing just a few days ago.
I'm hopeful I can help you see the missing photos with a few clicks on your mobile device. To begin, sign in to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on "My Photos." In the upper left corner, click on "Filter." Under "Locations" and "Family & Friends," be sure "View All" is selected. Once this is complete, you should be able to view all of your photos.
If you are still missing photos, I recommend you contact a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member at (407) 560-4300. You definitely want to locate the missing photos before your photo download.

Walt Disney World Resort, you can also stop by a Disney PhotoPass Photo Center and ask for assistance. We were missing one photo from a trip we made a few weeks ago. I was able to provide the location, approximate time, a description of my family and what we were wearing in the missing photo. The Disney PhotoPass Cast Member found our missing photo within minutes. I was elated! Another Cast Member informed me, there is a 45 day window in which photos may be located. I made it in just under the wire. I'm so thankful to have that photo! It will definitely be included on a Christmas Card or my annual family calendar. I love
