Where can I see that Memory Maker is linked to my account?

    Hello Patricia,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m thrilled to hear you’ve purchased Memory Maker. It truly is the best memory preserver. The combination of iconic park photos, candid shots, and even those character moments before posing are all special photo opportunities and memories. Disney PhotoPass photographers do a really good job of capturing the moment so that you can live in the moment. I think my favorite photos are the ones taken while my little ones engage with their favorite characters. I get to truly live in the moment and participate in the conversation with them. It's the best! Plus, seeing our family age in front of Cinderella Castle year after year is another great memory. I can’t wait to see what new memories you all make during your visit.

To locate your Memory Maker confirmation and link it to your My Disney Experience app you can start by checking the email address associated with your Disney account. You should have received a confirmation email after purchasing Memory Maker. In that email, you will find the confirmation number needed to link your purchase if it hasn’t been done automatically. Sometimes signing out of your My Disney Experience account and back in will do the trick so try that as well.

After locating the confirmation number you will want to open your My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner to open up the menu. Scroll down to the Disney PhotoPass section and choose “Shop Memory Maker”. On the next screen, you will select “Link It to Your Account” and this is where you will enter your confirmation number. Once linked, you’ll be good to go!

To make the most of your Memory Maker purchase, I recommend stopping by the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs. You don’t need a reservation to enjoy this experience. My family and I did this shortly after arriving from the airport, and while we weren’t necessarily “camera ready,” the photos came out great! These photos kicked off our vacation and, of course, shopping at World of Disney.

Patricia, I hope this helps get you linked up and ready to go! Enjoy your visit and be sure to stop and take plenty of photos in front of the Topiaries, sometimes you can even find a Photopass photographer who will be around them!

    Smile Big,

    Shantel

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
