We got our memory maker included in our holiday package. It says its on our tickets - ie 12 day park tickets plus memory maker.. but under memory maker in my Disney experience I cannot link it. We are not in US. How do I link memory maker to my package?

    Bonjour Naomi,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Although I’m not familiar with the type of ticket that you’ve purchased, the first place I would check would be in the “My Tickets and Reservations” section of your My Disney Experience account. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you’ll see a section called “Memory Maker”. In it, you’ll see all of the different people in your “Friends & Family” list that do have a valid Memory Maker purchase associated with their account. Yours should be included in that list as well. If it isn’t there, then I would recommend contacting the Walt Disney World Resort in order to “untangle” your package’s components and make sure that everything is linked properly.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation! Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
