Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Memory Maker is absolutely a must-have for my family. I am so excited that you received it with your holiday package!
I am not sure why you are unable to link
Memory Maker to your account but you definitely should be able to link it. Assuming you have gone to
My Disney Experience, clicked on "My Reservations and Tickets" and "Link Memory Maker" but are unable to link it, I suggest that, prior to your arrival, you contact a
cast member in guest services. She or he can link it to your account.
We love getting the classic pictures at the entrance to each park and we always stop at
PhotoPass locations in the parks to snap a quick picture. Photos typically load to
My Disney Experience quickly so just check the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to make sure they are loading to your account. If photos do not load to your account, just stop by a Disney PhotoPass location in the parks. As long as you know the general time the pictures were taken as well as the general location, a cast member should be able to find the photos for you and link them to your account. I have also called after our vacation ended and spoken with a cast member over the phone who was able to locate some photos we were missing. The PhotoPass cast members are amazing!
