Hi there, Teresa, and welcome to planDisney!
I love it when a fellow Floridian stops by to visit us here. Being able to look back at the many happy memories that I make at my Happy Place, Walt Disney World Resort, is half of the magic. With
Memory Maker and Disney PhotoPass photos, I’m able to do just that. Let’s get into how you can do the same.
The quickest way to view your Disney PhotoPass photos is in the
My Disney Experience App. But in order to download them all at once, visit the Disney PhotoPass website on your desktop device. These are the steps to get those magical memories onto your personal device:
-Visit the
Disney PhotoPass website.
-Log in to your MyDisney account.
-Select "View Gallery."
-Hover your cursor over one photo. Click the gray check mark that will appear in the photo’s upper right corner.
-A thumbnail version of the photo should appear at the top of the page.
-Near the thumbnail, you’ll see: "Select all visible media." Click this and all photos that are visible on the page will be selected. To add more photos, scroll down the page.
-When you’re done, select "Download" at the top of the page.
AN EXTRA GEM: With Memory Maker, your photos
expire 45 days from the date they were taken at Walt Disney World. So, be sure to download all of your media before they disappear.
Teresa, I hope that this helps! If you have any other questions, just
give us a holler here at planDisney. Any of the panelists will be more than happy to lend you a Mickey hand.
Magic always,
LeAndra
