what does membership magic beyond include?

Hi Kim, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! You asked the right person about Membership Magic Beyond. I’ve enrolled in this Disney Vacation Club optional program these past two years and our family has taken advantage of many of its perks!

Membership Magic Beyond includes many benefits for DVC Members whether they’re staying at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, and beyond! Here’s a handy list of benefits that come with Membership Magic Beyond:

    • Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets. Members enrolled in Membership Magic Beyond have access to special 5-day weekday tickets for Walt Disney World and 3-day weekday tickets for Disneyland. Each one has special perks as well! For example, the tickets for Walt Disney World include access to water parks and select sports activities while the tickets at Disneyland include Lightning Lane Multi Pass. We’ve purchased the tickets for Disney World for our daughters during our last trip and thought they were an incredible value!
    • Member Lounges. You’ll be able to bypass the standard waiting line with priority access for the various Member lounges found in Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disneyland. This is especially helpful for those hot summer days when you just want somewhere cool to relax! You’ll also be treated to a special character experience at the EPCOT lounge in the evenings.
    • Photos and Memory Maker. At Aulani, you’ll receive an 8” x 10” photo print from your stay. For Walt Disney World, you’ll have 30-day entitlement to Memory Maker to download all the PhotoPass pictures, as well as the photos from the rides and attractions during your trip! If you’re a runDisney fanatic like myself, this is a great perk to grab all those photos from your race!
    • Vacation Points and Exchanges. With Membership Magic Beyond, you’ll be able to exchange your Vacation Points towards a Disney Sorcerer Pass. The current exchange rate is 75 Vacation Points towards a new pass and 65 Vacation Points for a renewal (subject to availability). I renewed my Sorcerer Pass this past year using this benefit so that I could put that money towards my next trip! In addition, you’ll have access to bonus One-Time-Use Points. Think of this offer as buy-one-get-one free points, since you only have to pay for 12 One-Time-Use Points to receive 24 of them! Finally, you can have transaction fees waived for any Vacation Point exchanges towards the Disney Collection, such as a Disney Cruise or a stay at Disneyland Paris!
Kim, as you can see there are tons of benefits to Membership Magic Beyond regardless of your destination! Note that when signing up for the program for this year, you’ll receive the benefits through December 31, 2026, regardless of when you join. If you have any further questions on getting the most out of your DVC membership, feel free to contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
