Hey there, Tyson!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question our way!
It sounds like your plans changed and you need to cancel your
Theme Park Reservation for your visit to the
Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately, canceling your Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. You may book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. Because reservations are limited and subject to availability, I recommend checking the
Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day.
But, if you're unable to visit before your ticket’s expiration, don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
I hope this helps!
