I have all 10 members of my party in my disney experience app. How do I allocate them all their tickets to their phone incase we decide to go to different parks on different days?

    Hiya Marie!

Welcome to planDisney! You are ready to make this holiday a success by planning with your My Disney Experience Mobile App and I'm here to help! The most important thing is to make sure to connect everyone in your party to your Family & Friends List so that they will be able to make plans together or separately.

Anyone in your party 13 and older will be able to create their own My Disney Experience Account which I suggest they do if they have their own phones or Disney Bands. To assign them their ticket so that they can use it you should head to your My Disney Experience Account and find "My Reservations." Find the tickets you wish to reassign. Once there you can "Reassign Ticket." My kids are not old enough for their own account so I just created a guest account for them by clicking "+Add a Guest" and then entering their name and age. Those under the age of 13 can be assigned tickets but an adult would have to manage them. Now, anyone with Disney Bands linked to their account or who has set up Disney MagicMobile Service will be able to tap into the Parks. Since you are linked together on the Family & Friends list you are together in your planning but free to do things on your own.

Once you assign your party their tickets they can book their own experiences like Lightning Lane return times or Virtual Queue access. Don't forget that for a little bit longer, guests still have to make Theme Park Reservations so any last-minute Park changes may not work if there is no availability. However, if you purchased a 7-Day or 14-Day Magic Ticket your party will be able to Park Hop freely after 2 PM to wherever their heart desires. Thankfully, Theme Park Reservations are not needed for the Parks you hop to after 2 PM. You can spend the morning together at Magic Kingdom Park while a group splits off to EPCOT for some fun at EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and the rest head to their Walt Disney World Resort pool. Finish the day off with a meal at Biergarten Restaurant which is great for large groups! Sounds like the perfect day!

I hope this helps and you all have a magical time!

    Happy Planning!
