We have 5 members in our group (four 14 and over and one is 11) and would like to build light sabers and droids. Can we all schedule to build at the same time, or do one of us need to build with the 11 year old? Thank you.

    Bright Suns, Kimberly!

How great it is to hear that you and your younglings will be visiting Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge very soon.  No visit to the Black Spire Outpost is complete for me without stopping at Ronto Roasters and I hope you get a chance to stop in for a snack!

A couple of years ago, my family met with the Gatherers, and we were able to use their "scrap metal" to form our very own lightsabers at Savi's Workshop.  At the time my youngest Padawan was 11 years old, and I had the same question as you do.  As long as someone in the group is at least 14 years old, your 11-year-old will be able to build their own lightsaber or droid, even if everyone in your group is building items, too.  If your party is divided into two separate groups to build droids at the Droid Depot and also to build lightsabers at Savi's workshop at the same time, then the 11-year-old will need someone who is at least 14 years old to be with them.

I have a bonus tip for you:  After you have built your lightsabers, head on over next door to Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities and buy additional kyber crystals to switch out in your lightsabers.

I hope this information helps you with your plans while you are visiting Batuu.  If you have any further questions, please come back and visit us here at planDisney.
