We have a member of our trip who is unable to go. We are in the process of moving their tickets over. What I'm wondering is we have reservations for droid building as well as Ogas and dinner. Can those be moved to the new member of our group as well?

    Hiya Jason,

Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe you will be at Walt Disney World Resort next month? I’m sure you are excited and ready to experience the magic of Fall at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I’m sorry to hEAR that one of your Guests will be unable to make your vacation but happy that you were able to find someone to join you; it sounds like you have a fun day planned at Batuu!

Updating your reservations for advanced dining reservations and Enchanting Extras is as easy as waving a magic wand. Before updating your reservations through either the My Disney Experience mobile app or the website, you will first need to ensure that your new Guest is linked through your Family and Friends list. Once you add them, you can share plans and add them to your existing reservations. To link them online:

-Log on to your My Disney Experience account.
-Under “My Plans,” locate the reservation you want to modify.
-You should see an option to “Update Guests.” Note it will be smaller text.
-Select it, and you can change your current Guest list to add in your new Guest.

You can also make this change through the mobile app by locating the reservation under “Future Plans,” selecting the reservation, and then clicking “Update Party.”

I hope this was helpful, Jason, and that you can make the modification. If there is anything else you need, please come back and see us!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
