A member of my travel party will need to obtain a disibility pass, where can this be done, is it something that can be done prior to rope drop at MK, or perhaps the same place we pick up our will call tickets?

    Hello Nicole!

I am very pleased to welcome you again to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yours is a very good question which I also asked myself while planning a Disney vacation for a cousin with a disability.

All accommodations for the Guest with a disability must be discussed and arranged upon arrival at any of the four theme parks. You will have to visit Guest Relations located at the main entrance of the parks to talk to a Cast Member and discuss specific needs.

Based on those needs, Disability Access Service or other accommodations may be provided. Make sure to discuss all your needs with Cast Members at Guest Relations so that they can accommodate you. You will then participate in a registration process which also involves taking a photo of the person requiring Disability Access Service, and you are finally able to enjoy attractions.

You scan visit Guest Relations Main Entrance locations once theme parks open.

Thank you for your question. Disney goes above and beyond to make sure every single Guest feels safe and included. I am sure you will have a magical visit.

    See ya real soon,
