Flexible Refund Policy" for situations just like yours! This temporary policy allows Guests like you and your party with COVID-19-related health concerns (symptoms or exposure) to receive a full refund without Disney-imposed cancellation fees or to apply your cruise fare toward a future sail date!
To explore an alternate sailing or cancel your reservation after experiencing a qualifying COVID-19-related health concern within 14 days prior to your sailing, you can contact a member of the reservation team at (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797.
My family was exposed to COVID-19 earlier this year and used this policy to reschedule one of our planned cruises to one sailing this fall, so I can attest that this policy works!
Whether you decide to move the sail date to a future sailing that commences prior to September 30, 2023 or opt for a refund instead to regroup and decide when would work best for you and your crew,
