    If a member of your party is ill can you change your booking the day before you are due to arrive?

    Oh Boy, tomorrow is your scheduled arrival at Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Gawrsh, I hate to read a member of your party is under the weather. If your question involves a Disney Resort Collection hotel, I am concerned you may be limited on options at this short date. I highly advise you to call the Walt Disney World Travel Company to discuss your situation.

    Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets can be changed up to midnight the day before your scheduled Disney Park Pass Reservation without penalty. However, keep in mind that in most cases you can use the value of an unused expired theme park ticket towards purchasing a new theme park ticket. To change the start date of your theme park ticket through the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes." Select your ticket and choose "Change Ticket." Follow the prompts to select your new dates. I am including the Help Center Page that will include contacts for Theme Park Tickets, hotels, and dining reservation assistance.
