A member of our party has a disabilty you can see she disabled. Do I fill forms out before I go. Or can I do when we arrive.?

Hi, Penny! Welcome back to planDisney!

It is an exciting time to visit the Disneyland Resort this year! There is the Disney100 celebration that has started, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway just debuted, and there are new nighttime spectaculars to experience!

Regarding your question, there are two ways to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) for a  park visit. If you would like to register before you arrive, you can do so virtually with a Cast Member via live video chat

If this option is not a possibility, do not worry! You can register for DAS in person on the day of your visit at City Hall or a Guest Information location.

To give you an idea of how this process works, I visited Disneyland Park with a friend who required DAS for her visit last summer. She did not want to pre-register. Instead, she registered in person at City Hall. She remarked that the registration process was speedy and seamless!

Penny, if you have any further questions about DAS, please email disability.services@disneyland.com for further assistance.

I wish you and your loved ones the happiest vacation in the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Your Pal,
