Can some member of the group enter on day two of our visit or does everyone need to be with us the first day on the military salute tickets

Hey there, hi there, Karen! Welcome to planDisney. You've brought us a great question about your upcoming visit!

I hope you and your party are getting excited to head to sunny Southern California for some time at The Happiest Place on Earth soon! The Disney Military Promotional Tickets are such a magical way to enjoy a multi-day visit whether it's one long visit or multiple days throughout the year. It is possible for your party to show up on different days with this ticket type. However, the military member (or spouse) who purchased the tickets will need to be present every time a person in your party is using their ticket for the first time. So they would need to be there on day two (and using their ticket) when the rest of your party joins you and show their ID again to activate those tickets.

Your visit coincides with one of my favorite festivals, Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! So make use of your park hoppers and be sure to spend some time enjoying the sips and bites at the different marketplace kiosks. There are also beverage education and tasting seminars if you are looking for something different to experience on your visit. I am thrilled that my favorite treat is back once again! If you're looking for a shareable sweet treat be sure to grab the Mickey-shaped macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces.

Karen, thanks so much for stopping by! We are here for any other planning questions you may have!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
