If your arrival date is correct, you are already at the Walt Disney World Resort! How amazing is that?! I *may* be a little (okay, a LOT) jealous. There is nowhere else I would rather be than exploring the theme parks right now. You are going to have the BEST time!
After doing a little research, I found a few ideas to try to get your
Disney MagicMobile Pass all set up on your phone. The first thing you can try is simply log in on the
My Disney Experience mobile app with the account that has your pass on it, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select Disney MagicMobile. Go through the process of setting up the pass in your Apple Wallet and see if you can set it up that way.
If not, try having the family member
share the pass with you. The link I just included has step-by-step instructions on how to do this. It is important to note that only the Guest to who the pass belongs will be able to use the pass, even when sharing it. So, as long as the pass that is shared is your pass with your name on it, you can use it.
The last thing to try is to have the person who already created the pass
delete the pass from their Apple Wallet (I included the link with instructions for you) before setting up the pass on your phone by using the directions I mentioned above. If none of this works for setting the pass up on your phone, you will need to
call Disney directly and speak with their technical team at (407) 939-4357.
