Is there any meetings on cruise for AA ( alcoholic anonymous) or gambling anonymous?

Hello, Karla! It won't be long before you are setting sail with Captains Mickey and Minnie. You must be getting so excited! There is nothing better than a Disney Cruise Line vacation on the horizon. Well, except being on a Disney Cruise. Luckily, that will happen soon!

I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with this question. There are times you want adventure in the great, wide somewhere. And there are times that chasing the endless horizon is a lot more freeing when you know where your anchor is. You'll be happy to know that you can find support aboard Disney Cruise Line. If you check the daily activities on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, you can see times and locations for "Friends of Bill W." Bill's friends usually meet every day, apart from Embarkation Day. These meetings are self-led by the group, providing a safe space and community that supports everyone on their recovery journey. I know being out of schedule and apart from your group and other sources of strength can be challenging. I hope knowing these meetings are available helps.

If you haven't already, be sure to download the Navigator app. While at home, you have access to tools that can help with planning, like pre-arrival check-in and reservations for Port Adventures, Senses Spa services, and adult-exclusive dining. Once on board and connected to the ship's Wi-Fi system, the app automagically transforms into "Cruise Control" mode. It has everything you need to navigate your time on board, including listings of activities such as Friends of Bill W., shows, movies, character greetings, and dining information. I love looking at the menus before dinner each evening and seeing what scrumptious treats await me.

One of the things I have always appreciated about Disney cruises — and I think they are getting even better — is the variety of alcohol-free cocktails available. Sodas, tea and coffee are available on the pool deck and all restaurants, included in your cruise fare. However, it's also nice to know that there are other options you can purchase to enjoy during your cruise, including the famed "Drink of the Day."

Karla, I hope this information helps and that you find everything on board for a magical vacation at sea. If we can help with any other questions, please come see us again at planDisney
