We are meeting my in-laws and family at DW in a month. My daughter and I have bad allergies, is there a way for me to notify the restraunts on sister-in-law's reservations? I have submitted an alergy report for the two reservations I made. Thanks/

    Hi Lisa!

You could try to call (407)WDW-DINE and have them look up the reservations under her name.  Really, she should be the one doing this since it's her reservation.

I suggest that you speak to the Castmember who checks you in when you arrive.  They will let your server know.  I would also tell your server.  Normally, the chef will come out to speak with you personally about your allergies, and together you can come up with a fabulous meal.

If you are having counter service meals at any point during your trip, please be aware that these places have ingredient books.  Feel free to ask to see them.  This is another way to get around those food allergies.

Disney Dining is exceptional at helping guests not only with food allergies, but with medical issues and food choices based on religious affiliation.  You can email Disney's food experts at specialdiets@disneyworld.com.  Let them know your concerns in detail and they will help you by giving you more information and solutions.  I would do this at least two weeks ahead of your trip.

    Have a magical trip!
