Hi there, Josie, and welcome to planDisney!
Magic Kingdom + friends. Does a better combination exist? I think not. A meet-up on Main Street, U.S.A. sounds like the start to the most amazing Walt Disney World day. It is my greatest pleasure to give you some very good news.
You absolutely can link to your fellow Mouseketeers for your February trip. Between my many planDisney buddies and visiting family members, this is something I do all of the time to make planning easier. You’ll want to add your crew to your
“Family & Friends List.” There are a couple of ways to do this:
-In the
My Disney Experience app, select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Look for “Profile.” From there, select “Family & Friends List” and scroll all the way down to “Add a Guest.” If you happen to be with your friends already, they can scan your linking code from your phone—or you can take a screenshot and send the code for them to scan.
-On the desktop site, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and look for the blue “Family & Friends” circle. Select “Add a Guest." You can connect to the guests in your group from there.
Once you’ve all virtually linked up in your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to see their plans, make
Lightning Lane selections for them, and (if someone in your party has Memory Maker) see their
Disney PhotoPass media. Make sure that your Family & Friends List has “Yes, share my Family & Friends list” in order to have access to all management and linking features.
Josie, there’s no doubt in my mind that you and your Mickey Mouse Club are going to have an amazing meet-up at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Please
reach out to a planDisney panelist if you have any other questions about how to make the most out of your upcoming vacay.
Magic always,
LeAndra
