    We are meeting friends for a day at the Magic Kingdom. We reserved all of our reservations however when she went to reserve her and her son’s they allowed her but not him and now it says that day is full. How can we insure that our entire party can go.

    It sounds like Cruella de Vil is making things difficult for your friend! I’ll give a few tips to you to share with her so you can try to get reservations for your whole party! 

    I’d first encourage your friend to keep trying to make reservations though the Disney Park Pass Reservation site, as cancelations and fluctuations with capacity may enable your friend to successfully make a reservation online. If that does not work, call a friendly Cast Member, as they may be able to help her secure a park pass reservation for her son due to the unique circumstance. If she is still unable to get a reservation for her son, on the day you plan to visit Magic Kingdom Park (or, if you’re there earlier you can go before) visit the Ticketing Booths or Guest Services at the main entrance to explain your situation. They may be able to sprinkle some pixie dust on your friend’s son!
