Hello! We will meeting family that will be staying on site, using the Dining Plan. My husband and I are light eaters and would like to know if we will be able to dine with them and order a la carte and/or share an entre? Thanks! Carol in AZ

    Hello Carolyn!

First things first- you can absolutely order off of the menu at Quick-Service and Table-Service Dining locations when dining with others that are utilizing one of the Disney Dining Plans. One of the things we love about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort is the way each person and family can customize their experience.  With that said,  I do advise you to make dining reservations in advance for any Table-Service location that you are considering.  Many restaurants are very popular, and often walk-up seating is not available. As for sharing an entree, the is absolutely ok as long as you are not dining at a location that is a buffet or family style meal.  At those locations, each person will need to pay the fixed price for their meal.

Thanks for bringing this great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let us know if you have any more questions.

    See ya real soon,
