We will be meeting "distant" family at Disney Springs for dinner on a Thursday evening in February. What locations would offer the most leisurely dinner -- where hanging out won't be frowned upon or the next seating delayed?

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michael!

If we’re not at a Walt Disney World Theme Park or a Disney Resort, you can almost guarantee that our family will be shopping and dining at Disney Springs… emphasis on the dining.

Our "go-to" restaurant is The BOATHOUSE® located at The Landing at Disney Springs. Personally, I love hanging out at one of the three outdoor bars to grab a drink and to order something casual off the menu. Plus, every night at 8 PM, there is a live musical performance near the restaurant entrance.

However, if that doesn’t sound up your alley, I would recommend eating dinner at any of the restaurants at Disney Springs (we’ve never had a bad meal). Then, once you’ve finished dinner walk over to Dockside Margaritas located at Marketplace within Disney Springs where you can listen to live music and unwind with your favorite drink at this waterfront lounge.
