    I am meeting my Brother, his wife, and my Niece for the 1ST time. We are staying at BCV. I was wondering about the rooms there for a FIRST meeting place. It has a Sollarium and 2 more waiting rooms that look nice. Can I order a Cake, and have Mickey there?

    Hi Carol - you must be so excited for this vacation!  The Solarium is used as a hang-out by guests so you would be more than welcome to visit your brother and family there as long as it is not being used for a private event.  You can order a cake through the Cake Hot Line at 407-827-2253.  If you are looking to do something more private, you could reach out to Disney Catered Events or Disney Meetings. Those are also the places I would suggest you start if you want to see if Mickey is willing to leave the parks to meet with you privately for a few minutes.  I can tell you this is an expensive option and Mickey would prefer a more private room so that he can spend quality time with you and your family.
