How do I meet with a representative about a child with Dissabilities? When I go to the link, it asks me to log in and returns me to the homepage. We have reservations in May and want to secure a wheelchair and make sure she receives her accommodations.

Hi there, Chad, and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you are asking about the Disability Access Service (DAS) that is offered by Disney to individuals who are unable to wait in a traditional standby queue environment. I'm not sure why you are unable to access the registration page, so let's try and troubleshoot.

If you haven't already, create a Disneyland account and log in at the Disneyland home page. Everyone in the group (DAS will accommodate the DAS Guest and up to five others) must already have valid theme park tickets and reservations for the days you would like to visit. You may register for DAS via live video chat between 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time. The DAS Guest must be present on the call and, if the Guest is a minor, their parent or guardian must also be present. Once you are prepared, you may request a live chat between 2 to 30 days before your visit. If you are still having issues, I would recommend calling Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to

Please note that registration for DAS enrolls you into the program but does not secure a wheelchair. You will be responsible for either bringing one or arranging a rental once you arrive. Wheelchair rentals are available just outside the Disneyland Main Entrance and are on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is recommended. If you are staying at one of the official Disneyland Resort Hotels, you may also request a length-of-stay rental through ScooterBug. They offer on-site delivery and pick-up as well, so your child's wheelchair would be available upon arrival.

Have you made dining reservations for your visit as well? It's coming up quickly! While you're here, be sure to catch Wondrous Journeys. It's become one of my favorite nighttime spectaculars! To aid in your planning, Disney also posts a list of attractions and their degree of mobility transfers

I hope this was helpful for you, Chad, and that you are able to register your child without issue. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us again! We'd be happy to help.

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
