Whenever my family visits
Walt Disney World Resort, we try and do as many character meet and greets as possible. My little Mouseketeers are besotted by the characters and always have smiles that go from EAR to EAR.
You can currently meet Pocahontas just around the riverbend on the
Discovery Island Trails at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. To find the exact time you can find her, open up your
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the location symbol at the bottom, and then select "Characters" from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Scroll down until you find Pocahontas and tap on her. You'll find all the details you need, such as the times she'll be appearing that day and directions on how to get there. Note: If you don't find Pocahontas on that list, that means she won't be making an appearance that day. She's probably off exploring somewhere with John Smith. However, hopefully, she'll be in the area on the day you visit.
This feature on the My Disney Experience app is fantastic for finding the various character meet and greets available each day. Hopefully, it'll serve you well on your next Walt Disney World trip.
