    Can we meet Moana in WDW parks? In the past years, our grandaughter has met and gotten all the princess (and more) autographs and would love to see Moana. We will be there early December.

    Hello Susan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My kids loved Disney's Moana when the saw it in the theaters and would have loved to meet her during our subsequent visits to Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, we missed Moana by only a few days in April 2017 as the sea called to her and she set off on more wayfinding adventures.

    Recently, Moana has been spotted meeting with Guests during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party which means that if you are attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party during your trip in early December 2018, you will be able to meet, take photographs and get the autograph of Disney's newest Princess.

    Being the Chief of her people, Moana has been so busy helping her people that she has not been able to arrange a Character Meeting with Guests during the regularly scheduled Theme Park Hours as of yet.

    I am hoping it is only a matter of time before Moana begins making regular appearances at Walt Disney World Resort and keep my eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements of her return.
