Greetings, Nichole! Village crazy lady at your service! I'm so glad you'll "make way, make way" to the
Disneyland Resort tomorrow, and that you have your sights set on seeing Moana. She is one of my favorite Disney characters!
Nichole, Moana was recently spotted near the Hollywood Land area of
Disney California Adventure. However, characters are constantly rotating, so you will want to use the
Disneyland Mobile App to wayfind your way to where she is greeting guests. From the app home screen, click the pin drop icon, which is second from the left on the bottom. This opens up the Disneyland Resort map. From the top toolbar, scroll right and tap the "Characters" icon to show all of the locations throughout the resort where you can find Disney pals. Click on the character bubbles to see when and where our favorite voyager is! Nichole, you can also ask a Guest Relations Cast Member in either park where Moana might be for the day.
If you want to go beyond the reef, be sure to head to the Animation Building to see the daily schedule for
Animation Academy. I heard a rumor that some
Moana characters might be in the animation schedule! After you put your art skills to work, check out Turtle Talk with Crush. This interactive show is tubular and one of my family's favorite activities at the resort.
