Where can I meet and greet Tinkerbell?

    Hiya, Jasmine! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you’re Walt Disney World vacation is just a couple of months away. How exciting! Your vacation planning and research will be rewarded when you’re creating magical memories at the Vacation Kingdom of the World. So let’s find the information you’re looking for!

To quote a certain boy from Neverland: “Come on, everybody! Here we go!”

Tinker Bell is an iconic character and beloved by generations of Disney fans, but unfortunately, there is not currently a meet & greet experience with Tinker Bell at Walt Disney World. There hasn’t been any news about whether she might return to meeting guests, but if there is ever a pixie-dusted announcement about her return, then you know the Disney Parks Blog will have all the details.

I’m sure this isn’t the news you were hoping for, but luckily, there are still other opportunities to spot everyone’s favorite fairy at Walt Disney World. You can see Tinker Bell on the Peter Pan float in the Festival of Fantasy Parade at the Magic Kingdom, as well as flying high above the crowd during the Happily Ever After fireworks show (weather and conditions permitting). I haven’t had an opportunity to see Disney Starlight, the new nighttime parade at the Magic Kingdom, for myself yet, but I have seen videos on social media of an illuminated Tinker Bell in the show. Character availability and entertainment schedules are always subject to change, but that’s three chances to see Tink on most days at the Magic Kingdom!

Since you’ll be visiting during the spooky season, remember that Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party will be happening on select nights at the Magic Kingdom. That means Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade will be making its way through the park. According to the Disney Parks Blog, Tinker Bell will be in the parade along with Peter Pan, Wendy, the Lost Boys, and over 50 other characters (again, character availability is subject to change).

Jasmine, I hope you have the most amazing Disney vacation this fall. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have any other questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
