Hiya Eileen!
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your resort question. As a fellow New Jersey native who now lives in Florida, I can tell you, there is nothing quite like trading in the Garden State Parkway for a ride on
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and stepping right into the magic.
So, Eileen, let’s jump right into your question. You will be happy to know that family and friends can absolutely visit you while you are staying at a
Disney Resort. When they arrive at security, they will need to show an ID and let Cast Members know who they are visiting, including your last name and room number.
If you want to add a little extra pixie dust to your planning, you can also stop by or call the
Front Desk ahead of time and let them know you are expecting day Guests. It is not required, but it can help make everything feel even more seamless when they arrive.
While you are there, be sure to soak in all the magic your resort has to offer. Take advantage of
Early Entry and get into the parks 30 minutes early to knock out a favorite attraction or two. And do not forget about all the fun happening right at your resort, like
Movies Under the Stars, and those poolside activities.
Eileen, I hope this helps answer your question and gets you even more excited for your stay. If you have any other questions, feel free to stop by again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
