    Where can we meet Duffy the Disney Bear. Two years ago we met him by chance in Epcot by one of the boat landings. Does anyone know if there are character spots for him? We really want to see him again! Thanks!!

    Hi Kathleen! Duffy was the adorable bear character that you could indeed meet and greet in Epcot. However, this past year Disney decided to retire him and give him a long needed rest. He is not available anywhere on property now for meet and greets which is very sad to the Duffy fans.

    If you really love this furry bear then I will tell you to try hard to head to Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Disney Seas parks. Yes, I know this sounds unreasonable but I had the opportunity to visit these two parks and was astounded at how much they love Duffy over there. You will see guests bringing their special Duffy bears to dine at the restaurants or watch the parades or enjoy the attractions with. They even have little seats with seat belts for Duffy photo opportunities. As you can now see this is the absolute best place to see and enjoy Duffy.

    I am not sure why Duffy has left Walt Disney World but perhaps he was not embraced enough. But I never say good bye forever as we all know that Disney can pull surprises and bring characters back for special appearances and Meet and Greets.
