How to meet with a disney travel agent

    Hello, Ivette,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  Planning a trip to Walt Disney World is such a joy to begin to daydream about how you'll spend your days, but it can also be overwhelming with all the choices and decisions you have to make.  Working with a travel agent is a great way to get help with all those questions and choices.

If you'd like to speak to someone from Walt Disney World, you can look through the contact directory to see which department is the one you'd like help from. If you are just starting your planning, a cast member from Disney Resort Hotel Reservations is a great starting place. You may also want to look through the Benefits of Staying at a Disney Resort page to learn more about the resorts and what they have to offer. With all the choices, you will have a variety of themes and amenities to select from that should meet your needs and budget.

If you are hoping to work directly with a travel agent, I'd encourage you to search for an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These are travel agents who specialize in Disney travel and do NOT cost anything for guests.  They can be incredibly helpful to sort through different packages and options and may even offer additional services like making dining reservations on your behalf.

As you continue planning, please don't hesitate to send us additional questions, too. We are happy to help with all of them! I'd also visit the Disney Parks Blog for news and updates.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
