Star Wars Galaxy's Edge First Order Cargo

Michael from VT Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Where can I meet Anakin Skywalker. I’m going in a few weeks and I’m a huge Star Wars nerd. I would love to know where I can find Anakin Skywalker or Obi Wan Kenobi. I love the prequel trilogy and I’d love to have some prequel related fun on my trip.

Michael, I feel that we are kindred Jedi spirits!

Bright suns (the traditional Batuuan way of greeting at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge) and welcome back to planDisney! I feel lucky to have intercepted another message from you. We receive a lot of holograms at planDisney, but yours have been especially delightful!

Anakin Skywalker, Obi Wan Kenobi, and other characters from the prequel trilogy do not make appearances at Black Spire Outpost as their timelines are not congruent with the timeline of Galaxy's Edge. Typically, you will see characters from the time between Star Wars episodes 8 and 9 wandering around and interacting with Guests! I SO wish I could have a conversation with Anakin or Obi Wan somewhere in Hollywood Studios -- maybe we can use some Jedi mind tricks on the Disney executives to convince them that these are the characters they're looking for! You can often find some relics from the prequel characters for sale and view at Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. I think you'll enjoy wandering around this shop... and don't forget to look up... some of the artifacts *have the high ground* if you know what I mean.

While you're visiting Black Spire Outpost, stop by Oga's Cantina to get what I believe to be Anakin and Luke Skywalker's favorite drink: The Blue Bantha. This chilled Blue Milk beverage comes with a Bantha-inspired butter-vanilla sugar cookie with coconut, and it is truly the best in the galaxy! You'll need a reservation to enjoy the ambiance, music, and drinks at this Cantina as many travelers enjoy this destination.

Michael, don't miss out on the Star Wars Launch Bay at Hollywood Studios. This Star Wars hub has immersive exhibits that include models, costumes, concept art, and authentic movie props as well as replicas available for viewing! You'll also like touring a Cantina and other settings that are inspired by the films here. You can also meet Chewbacca, BB-8, and... Darth Vader. Now, according to Padmé and Obi Wan, "There's still good in him," so give Vader a chance, Anakin is still in there somewhere!

Ride Star Tours once, twice, three time, or many, many, many more times than that as you're likely to get differing scenes each time AND there are plenty of prequel nods that will make your Jedi heart soar! (I hope you get to witness a seismic charge on one of your rides! It's my favorite Star Tours experience by far.) I especially like this attraction as it typically has a shorter wait time than many of the other options at this theme park. Spend some time browsing the gift shop, Tatooine Traders, after your adventure as I have seen a lot of merchandise aligning with the prequels there.

We're happy you chose to trust planDisney with your inquiries pertaining to the Galaxy far, far away, Michael, and hope that you'll park your podracer on our planet again.

You are one with the force. And the force is with you.
