Hello, David, This is a great question. I'm glad you are making sure everything is practically perfect in every way as your Disney Cruise Line vacation nears.There is good news on this front, David. Each Disney Cruise Line stateroom is equipped with a beverage cooler. Guests who need to refrigerate medication may use the in-room beverage coolers to keep it close and convenient.When it is time to pack for your cruise, it's a good idea to keep in mind the list of prohibited items. Although coolers are generally not allowed, there is an important exception for items such as medicines that require refrigeration. As long as the coolers are no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 12″ and used only for the limited exceptions available, you can carry them on board. Be sure to keep medications in their original containers so there is no confusion during security inspection.Should you require additional accommodations, I recommend calling Disney Cruise Line or filling out a Special Services Information Form. You may also speak with a Cast Member at the cruise ship terminal on embarkation day.Tony's Tip: Some of my favorite Disney cruises have been longer itineraries, such as through the Panama Canal, to Alaska or Hawai'i, or longer Caribbean cruises. But even some of the longer cruises aren't usually for as long as my typical supply of medication can last. If I have a full container of medicine but don't want to risk having to replace a lot if I should somehow lose it, I like to save the previous container and put in it only the amount I need for the duration of our travel to take with us, storing the remaining amount safely at home in the newest container.Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, David.
