    Is there a medical exception to the vaccine? If I have one from my Dr is that excepted?

    The current standard for sailings from San Diego and Florida with Captain Mickey is that Guests 12 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. I’m sorry, but that is a bright line rule that is being applied with no exceptions. Frankly, they have to apply something like this uniformly, and it is being done with the health and safety of the Guests and crew in mind. 
     
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your cruise, call Disney Cruise Line at one of these dedicated numbers: (888) 325-0168 or (407) 566-7475. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

    I sure hope that you are able to rebook another voyage in the future. Sending you pixie dust that a Disney Cruise Line vacation will be on your horizon real soon!
