Hi Dustin, welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to help with your question!
With a
one-day ticket, you're able to make one
theme park reservation. The message you are receiving, stating that your pass has reached its theme park reservations limit, means that you've already made your one theme park reservation that your ticket allows. If you had purchased your ticket on the
Disneyland Resort website, you would have made your theme park reservation as part of the ticket purchasing process. To see your current theme park reservations, just log in to your
Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. You should see your current reservation there!
If you need to make a change to your reservations, that's super easy to do! First, you'll need to cancel your current reservation by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account, selecting the "My Disneyland" link, clicking the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, selecting the reservation you wish to cancel, and clicking "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!
If you have any other questions, you know where to find us!
See ya real soon!
