What does it mean to reassign ticket in my tickets and passes section? 2 other members of my 6 party person are there. And I ordered park hopper on line but can't link it because when I try to link it says wrong number

Hi Deborah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

In no time at all, you and your party will be on your way to the Walt Disney World Resort. Yay! I know you must be very excited as you plan all of the final details for your Incredible Summer!

I think you are asking about the "Reassign Ticket" option in your My Disney Experience account. If it is, this is the spot where you could reassign an unused ticket to another person if needed. If you are not planning on doing so, you do not need to click "Reassign Ticket."

You should be able to link your Walt Disney World Park Hopper Option ticket to your account by clicking "Link Tickets" under the "Tickets and Passes" heading, then entering the 12-digit ID code on the back. If you are still experiencing issues, you need to call Disney's technical support at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member that will be able to walk you through the process and troubleshoot with you step-by-step.

Enjoy your upcoming vacation, Deborah! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
