Does this mean that I don't have to do the same process of the Will Call if the tickets are mailed to me? Since I'm a verified FL Resid and purchased the tickets for me and my family, if I have them mailed, we don't have to do this process?

    Hiya, Adrian! Welcome to planDisney

I love that Walt Disney World offers special tickets to Florida Residents. It's sort of like a thank you from my pal, Mickey Mouse. However, to use these tickets everyone in your party that is aged 18 and over will need to show proof of residency. It seems to me like you've already checked this off of your to-do list but I wanted to make sure that the other people in your planning party have done this as well. If that's a yes, then having your tickets mailed to you and being pre-verified would allow you to skip stopping at Guests Relations when you arrive at Walt Disney World.

If your friends and family visiting with you haven't already done so, they can verify their Florida Residency with one of the following:

Valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address)
Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
    Valid Florida-based military ID

There are a few other ways to do this, however, those are the most common.

I hope this helps, Adrian. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Enjoy your Disney day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
