Meals, I have Akershus, 1900 Park Fare, Hollywood and Vine, Royal Table, Ohana, and Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Dinners, 1900 Park Fare, Narcoosee's, Sanaa, Mickeys backyard, Coral Reef, Flying Fish, and Citrico's. We like good food, nice mix?

Those are some excellent choices, Jean.  You will have plenty of character interaction as well as some first-class fare at some of Disney's finest restaurants.  My only word of caution is that some buffet restaurants don't offer food as tasty as a la carte restaurants.  I only throw in that word of caution because you do note that you enjoy good food.  I take that to mean you a bit of a foodie (you're in good company with me).  As long as you know--going in--that dinner at 1900 Park Fare doesn't quite live up to Flying Fish, and you're prepared for that, then you should be good.  Happy dining!
