Hello. We have a meal scheduled at 4:40 at the Grand Floridian. What is the best way to make it there from Disney Studios on time? And can we make it back for Fantasmic later that evening at 6pm? If so, how do you recommend? Thank you!

Hi, Jaime!   To get to the Grand Floridian from Hollywood Studios, simply hop on a bus that will take you directly to the resort.  The bus stop is just outside the main gates - to the right as you exit.   Including wait time for the bus, allow at least 45 minutes travel time.

Unfortunately, you will not make it back for Fantasmic!   You would need to be in line about an hour prior to the show to get a chance at a seat, so it simply won't happen on that evening.   Hopefully you will be able to catch this nighttime spectacular on another evening.  Sorry to break the bad news!

I don't know where you are staying, but to get back to your resort after dinner, you can take the monorail from the Grand Floridian to the Magic Kingdom.  From there you can catch a bus back to your Disney Resort.

Have a wonderful vacation in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
