Hi Kristen,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Let's start with the second part of your question. "Per night" simply refers to nights of your stay. Say you check in on Monday and check out on Wednesday. You are staying 2 nights — Monday night and Tuesday night.
Now let's add a dining plan. A
Disney Dining Plan is not about the meal time of the day like breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's about the types of meal experiences you enjoy. There are three Disney Dining Plan options: Quick-Service Dining Plan, Dining Plan, and Deluxe Dining Plan. Each plan offers different types of meal experiences.
Do you want a sit-down meal experience where a host or hostess greets you, a Cast Member server waits on you, takes your order at the table, and brings you your food and beverage or directs you to a buffet? That's considered Table Service. Do you want to do this 3 times a day on Monday and Tuesday? Then you want the Deluxe Dining Plan because it offers 3 Table Service meals per night, meaning 3 on Monday and 3 on Tuesday.
Do you want to walk into Main Street Bakery each morning to order an egg & cheese sandwich and a coffee? That's considered Quick Service. Your egg & cheese sandwich is your entree and your coffee (any size) is your beverage. With a Quick Service Dining Plan, you get 2 Quick Service meals per night, meaning you could do breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, and you could, for example, go to Casey's Corner on Monday and Tuesday for another Quick Service meal. Whether you go to Casey's Corner at lunch time or at dinner time is up to you. Each dining plan option also gives you 2 snacks per night. You have lots of flexibility with a Disney Dining Plan.
For current pricing on the Disney Dining Plan options, call (407) 939-5277 directly and a Cast Member will assist you.
Enjoy your Disney!
