    Can you get the meal plan for just your children, or does everyone on your trip have to be on the plan?!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Disney dining plans are a great addition to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation because you will pay for the majority of your dining expenses in advance of your trip so you don't have to worry about the cost of each meal during your vacation. We make the most of our dining plan by enjoying several Character Dining meals during our trip, which combines fantastic food with the opportunity to meet some of the Characters from my little ones' "must-do" list!

    When you add a Disney dining plan to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you will receive one set of dining entitlements per Guest on your Disney Resort vacation who is 3 years old or over for each night of your reservation. Unfortunately, there is no way to purchase a dining plan to only a subset of Guests on your Disney Resort hotel vacation. So when you add your dining plan, your entire family will receive entitlements to use during your vacation.

    Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app to use during your trip so you can take advantage of Mobile Ordering and track your remaining dining entitlements right from the app! Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
