I have 2 ?'s. 1 - for a meal at AK, which would u recommend - Rainforest or Yak & Yeti. 2 - we have never been to the Boardwalk area - what restaurant(s) should we make reservations for? What are the must-do's there? Thanks!

We just ate at Yak & Yeti today and we loved it!  My husband, daughter, and I all ordered a different dish and then shared.  I can assure you that all three were delicious but our personal favorite was the Crispy Honey Chicken.  I find that the Rainforest Cafe has mediocre food but that the real reason people go there is atmosphere.  If you are looking for atmosphere, by all means, a visit to the Rainforest Cafe is in order!$0$0$0$0We've spent a lot of time at the Boardwalk Resort area during this trip.  You might consider Spoodles, though I enjoy breakfast there more than dinner.  The Flying Fish is great though, if you enjoy seafood.  Beaches and Cream, over on the Beach Club side, is also a lot of fun, in a soda shop sort of way!$0$0$0$0$0As for the must-do's while visiting the Boardwalk, I'd say Jellyrolls is great fun for an adult evening out.  A few hours ago my family pedaled our way around the Boardwalk and it provided a lot of laughs for all of us as well as some pedestrians in the vicinity!  Of course, you could also just walk around and enjoy the free entertainment and maybe stop in at Seashore Sweets or the Boardwalk bakery for an after dinner goodie!  Do keep in mind that you can also view the Epcot fireworks from the bridge between the Beach Club and the Boardwalk.  Whatever you choose, your evening there is sure to be enjoyable!$0

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
