Hi was just on MDE and have a stay booked in CBR for one week in april. I had originally booked a 14 day ultimate ticket but after looking on MDE it says my ticket is a PDS and valid from April 27th to May 4th. But that makes it 7 days? Can anyone help?

    Hello Lynsay,

As the current UK-based Mum here at planDisney, it really does make me grin as wide as the Cheshire Cat when I have the opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom who also likes to visit with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto within the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.

Lynsay, I'm completely thrilled to hear that you have what's sure to be a practically perfect in every way holiday next month staying within the island villages of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  My family and I have often stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and we just loved its laid-back atmosphere, plus of course, its ease of connectivity via the Disney Skyliner to the International Gateway area of EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

As I'm unable to access your My Disney Experience account, it is rather tricky for me to understand the full status of your previously purchased 14-Day Ultimate Ticket.

However, what I am able to share is that typically, if Guests rebooked their Walt Disney Travel Company holiday packages due to the global pandemic, a PDS ticket often refers to a type of special offer that could possibly have been amended from your original Ultimate Ticket.

For you to gain a full understanding of how many valid days remain linked to your My Disney Experience, my best recommendation would be for you to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can fully access your account.

To connect with a Cast Member, simply dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

I hope that I've been able to offer a little insight for you today Lynsay.  If you should have any further enquiries about your upcoming April holibobs, then please don't hesitate to pop back to me here at planDisney!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
