pre-ordering and customising your MagicBands, I just spoke on the phone with a helpful Cast Member on your behalf by calling the

The Cast Member I spoke with explained that UK Guests wishing to pre-order their MagicBands should access their
My Disney Experience account online (rather than using the My Disney Experience Mobile App), and ensure they have their Walt Disney World Resort reservation successfully linked before selecting
My MagicBands & Cards within the drop-down menu.
