I don't want you to worry about the My Day banner displaying the wrong park for now, especially if the "Your Top Picks" section shows the right one. This has happened to me a couple of times in the past, and I've found that the
My Disney Experience mobile app always works its magic on its own once I'm physically at the
Walt Disney World Resort! When you scan into one of the four Theme Parks, go right back in and check again. Your My Day banner should be working properly!
John, it's important for you to note that it doesn't really matter what the My Day banner is displaying at any time, as long as your
Park Pass reservations are correct and ready to go. To check if they are, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the app and head to the Future Plans box. Now, scroll down to make sure that all your plans are accurate! If everything looks right to you, you're ready for your enchanting adventures at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
