Hi Julie,
Welcome to planDisney!
Lucky you! Having two trips planned to the Walt Disney World Resort is
Incredible!
Since there is some time between your resort hotel reservations, you should be fine! The
My Disney Experience Mobile App will show all reservations that have been linked. Your
dining reservation window will open 60-days prior to each arrival date. And, as long as you have valid theme park admission with each resort stay, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each stay. Be sure to set a calendar reminder about your dining reservation window for each trip. Recently, some hard-to-get
dining reservations have been almost impossible for folks to get. EPCOT's new
Space 220 Restaurant is wildly popular, so, my advice is to try to book this towards the end of your trip if it is not available for one of the earlier days of your visit.
Prior to your visit, be sure that everyone traveling with you is linked correctly in your
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. As long as everyone is linked, you should be able to make advanced dining and park pass reservations for everyone. If you have family or friends that you are linked in My Disney Experience, make sure that you all have Shared All Plans so that you can each see all of the shared plans.
Julie, prior to your visit, review the details for
Disney Genie service,
Disney MagicMobile service, and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. Since we have a child with significant food allergies, we prefer to do advanced dining reservations instead of relying on Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. I also advise that you check the arrival time windows at least an hour prior to trying to order in the mobile app. In the meantime, keep up the
practically perfect planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
